I had a fantastic stay in Long Beach! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect—close to great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. Ami was communicative and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

Great location! Unit was clean and very well stocked with necessities and kitchen supplies. Highly recommend this unit for families.

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. We booked this location last minute. Hank and Kimberlyanna were quick to respond and give us access to the property. Perfect location! Beach is right across the street. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. House has a good vibe. Comfortable and cozy. Livingroom opens up to patio with a beautiful view! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun, walkable location.

We really enjoyed staying here! Gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean plus an added bonus of some incredible people-watching. The unit balcony provides all sorts of entertainment with a beautiful ocean backdrop. It was easy to access everything nearby and we enjoyed spending time at the beach, dog beach, and watching all the activities. Super fun if you like a bustling spot with a great view.

Can’t beat this amazing beach front location in Belmont Shore. The views from the living room, master bedroom and back patio will leave you mesmerized and make it hard to leave the home. Luckily the neighborhood is so quaint with walking paths on both sides of the peninsula that you will want to enjoy a morning stroll, if not a run on the beach. The house is so roomy that we could comfortably fit our extended family without anyone tripping over each other. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make sure we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Absolutely LOVED. One of my favorites so far. Super clean, ALL the details, PERFECT location. Comfy beds, lots of light, open spaces, gorgeous views. Coffee bar was A +, .....do I need to mention the Toto toilet??! Now I want one! Kitchen was wonderful for me (we stayed all week and I cook often for the family). Great fishing right off the beach across the street (my 16 year old is a fisherman and was in heaven). 30 minutes from Disneyland via Uber (no need for a rental car). Often little electric scooters are near the house for lazy teenagers (lol) and tired feet. Many doors and windows to open if you like fresh air. Everything was thought of. 5+ stars all the way.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

Christopher is a great host, was very responsive and helpful. this place is marvelous! you literally walk into the ocean from your patio. unbeatable views and sound of the ocean.

Location, location, location! We needed a place on the beach with no stairs and all one level. This place was so easy to access and it was right in the beach! Walked right out in the expansive patio and enjoyed incredible sunsets!

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

An absolutely beautiful place and so comfortable and clean!! Just gorgeous and nicely done!! We felt right at home. Tower 17 was responsive when we had trouble with the fireplace and let us add on another night too. I love their generosity with towels and supplies-no nice not to have to worry about them and we could be comfortable. We loved our time at this place!! Thank you!

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Oh, and if I forgot to mention — the views of the marina and the sea are absolutely spectacular. Don’t hesitate — book this studio today or tonight! Thank you so much, Nico!! This is a great place to stay. Everything was as expected and better. Plenty of spacious room and everything was clean and ready to go for our stay. Maya was great and very responsive. I needed to contact her a few times and she was right there to help. We pulled up right in front in the middle of the afternoon. Night parking can be a bit more challenging so just plan for it and you’ll be fine. There are plenty of walkable things to do. I would stay again without a doubt!!

Felt right at home here. Amazing proximity to the beach. Loved the cozy feel of this place. Everything you need to enjoy a great stay in Huntington! Wish I had more time to enjoy this place. Bed was super comfortable. The area is very walkable and I enjoyed exploring despite the weather. Would highly recommend this space for families. Andrew has everything you need to enjoy getting outdoors or staying in.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend!
