Amazing water views on the screened in back porch. Cottage comes equipped with 2 kayaks, Life vests, beach chairs and floats. It’s a great spot to be away from the hustle and bustle but so close to everything. Less than 10 minutes to the Newport Winery, Golf Courses and 15-20 minutes to downtown Newport and beaches.
