With vintage pieces pulled from and inspired by our travels around the globe, this renovated guesthouse is a little piece of our hearts. It is on the second story, sitting above the owner’s ceramics studio below. Cozy sheets, organic towels, a gorgeous kitchen with a diverse coffee bar & more. Nestled at the foot of Missionary Ridge just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Our guesthouse is in our spacious yard behind our home & includes it's own fire pit and seating area in it's side yard.

Welcome to The Chattanooga Guest House! This is a perfect stay for couples, friends, small families and solo travelers. This is a cozy, quiet space with a King bed and a fully stocked kitchen. We are located at the foot of lookout mountain. The space is also a 3 minute walk to charming Historic St. Elmo, where you will find, Mr. T's pizza, The famous Incline railway, restaurants, boutiques, yoga, rock climbing, salon, a relaxing salt cave, ice cream parlor, a local brewery & so much more!

Lookout Mountain Apartment

This garage apartment is located across the street from the Incline Station and 3 blocks from Point Park and access to mountain trails. Private setting in a wonderful neighborhood. We have parking in our driveway for one extra car. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, sink , microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and slow cooker. Renter must be 21 or older. We don't accept children under the age of 12. Only two people may stay in the apartment. No pets. No smoking.

Fiery Gizzard Homeplace & Cottage

A private cottage located close to area restaurants and outdoor activities. Approximately 5 minutes to FIERY GIZZARD trailhead as well as dining in Monteagle and Tracy City. Our cottage has a private courtyard where you can grill, chill, and make a fire! A large custom walk-in shower with great water pressure and endless hot water. A large smart tv with excellent internet. Very comfortable bedding and a nice leather recliner. Snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are complementary.

Urban Cottage - Cozy -10 mins. from downtown

The Urban Cottage has a modern farmhouse feel with bead board throughout the cottage. It is small, cute and yet simple designed with a cozy feel- mixed with old and new elements. It is also located 10 minutes from downtown. Mid town to the following locations: Rock City/Ruby Falls/ Incline- 7 miles Chattanooga Zoo- 3 miles Chattanooga Choo Choo-4 miles Hamilton Place Mall- 6 miles Tennessee River Park-7 miles Local Hospitals - Erlanger, Park Ridge, Memorial- less than 5 miles

Reconnect with friends and family in our newly remodeled guesthouse. The main living space is open and light filled. A great place to enjoy a family game night. The bedrooms are just the right size to enjoy a restful nights sleep. Need to do laundry- no problem this guest house has it’s own laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Roast s’mores by the backyard fire pit and enjoy watching the lightening bugs from the deck.

And ZOOM works great here! Enjoy peaceful mornings and sunset evenings away from the crowds but close enough to easily take in Chattanooga sights and entertainments. Our cowboy style guesthouse and spacious 31 acres offer a quiet place to get away for a retreat weekend or an extended work stay. We are a great place for families traveling with kids and dogs.

The Carriage House

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.

B Cottage

This light-filled on-campus detached cottage is conveniently located between Morgan's Steep and Abbo's Alley on Laurel Drive, an easy walk from central campus and the Perimeter Trail. One bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, living area, dining space and furnished patio for outdoor dining. Free wifi, no television.
