Holiday rentals with a pool in Nicoya Peninsula

La casa es preciosa, tal cual se ve en las fotos, es una zona tranquila, la atención por parte de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre obtuvimos una respuesta rápida a nuestras consultas, todo muy limpio, las instrucciones para el acceso muy claras, todo funcionaba perfecto, la recomiendo 100%, la pasamos muy bien!

Michelle's place was awesome. a very nice and cosy place. Fully recommended. The condo was very clean and nit. Very well packed with all you need to have a great time with family and friends.

The house is perfect for two in a gated community within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The house is small, and a great spot to come back to after enjoying all the activity of Jaco. My 75 year old (non-swimmer) mother enjoyed the backyard pool and we both appreciated access to the bikes and plethora of beach amenities. The property is still under construction, expect sounds of the city, but it also means we had full use of the property perks (pickleball court, community pool and party space) to ourselves. In addition, Liana was always responsive and helpful. Recommend!

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage und das Haus haben alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Danny & das Team waren immer freundlich und zugänglich. Als wir festgestellt haben, dass Wespen ein Nest am Haus bauten, war das Team innerhalb von einer Stunde da und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Der Pool war sauber und in bester Kondition. Wir haben besten Urlaub gehabt und kommen gern wieder!

Beautiful Home !!! Gated Community With Security On Site 24/7. You Can Walk To Anywhere In Jaco Within A Few Moments. I Will Not Stay Anywhere Else Except Here Once I Return.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was our favourite Airbnb and the only mistake we made is not booking it longer. It was also the comfiest bed we slept in all week! Norwin went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special!! We loved it. There was so much to do it was an incredible space and we were sad to leave it! We appreciate all the recommendations from Norwin, he was an incredible host! The hot water was also a bonus ! We loved the pool perfect place to cool down and soooo many games ! I would not hesitate to come back just to stay here!! The only rec I would have is earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the walls are a little thin, although usually a very quiet peaceful neighbourhood!

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

Great place to stay. Nice pool and surroundings A little bit of a ride or walk to the beach but doable Huge TV not that we needed but nice. AC worked great, which was welcome in the heat of the day Nice outside eating area Overall, great place to stay

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

Laurie's condo is clean and well-equipped - kitchen has lots of pots and pans, everything you need in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The pictures and description is very accurate. The pool is very cute and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Laundry room is clean and affordable. There is a convenient store right across the street and a nice a pizza restaurant downstairs. We met and made friends with many people during our stay, and we were fortunate enough to go on a few out-trips to surrounding beaches. We had a great 2-month stay.

We had an amazing stay in Jacó! This place was everything we hoped for—clean, quiet, private, and very spacious. The AC also keeps the place very coool! The pool was absolutely beautiful and a perfect way to relax after exploring the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. On top of all that, the price was an incredible bargain for everything included. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Jacó, it is such a nice place to go back to after long days of adventuring—would definitely stay here again!
