Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Cottage by the Geltinger Birk

Welcome to our farm at Geltinger Birk, The approximately 18 square meter cottage is located in the garden of our farm in the countryside, not far from the Charlotte mill, a popular starting point for long walks by the water or through the nature reserve. The beaches of Falshöft and Wackerballig can be reached in a few minutes (3 km). The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen, stove and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Electric heating is available for even colder nights.

For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. Our farm has been family-owned since 1870. In our acceptance there is a cozy newly designed double room. In our main house you can enjoy your breakfast (for €14.50 per person extra) with a wonderful view of the garden! In addition, our son is a brewer and the world brewery is located on our farm.
