Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

This is a separate in-law apartment with its own house entrance and 1 car parking space directly in front of the door. In the fridge you will find some salami, pickles, farm bread, butter, jam and some fruit for breakfast. A coffee machine with everything you need is also at your disposal.

The centrally heated bungalow has an area of about 72 m² and is intended for a regular occupancy of 2 people. External blinds have been installed throughout the bungalow.
