Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away for a while!

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

Next to the former Wierde museum on the Torenstraat in Ezinge is the former Green Cross building. What used to be the "consultation office" has been converted into a full-fledged apartment. There we offer a spacious living room with plenty of light, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a toilet and a "private" entrance. Please note: In principle, no breakfast! The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. There is plenty to do in the area, such as enjoying walks or cycle rides. You are also very welcome to visit our animals on the farm!
