It is about 36 sqm, with underfloor heating, is in the second row, in a quiet location, about 250 m from the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen. Several supermarkets and a bakery are also within 1 kilometre. The Baltic Sea beach is about 1.2 km away and is therefore within easy walking distance.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.
