To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Guesthouse The Golden Island

Het Gouden Eiland is located in the annex of a beautiful city villa on the outskirts of the historic village center of Parkstad Veendam. This neighborhood is known as Het Gouden Eiland, a villa neighborhood with houses built in the period 1910-1930. Het Gouden Eiland is in a quiet leafy neighborhood with tall oak trees and wide streets. The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seating, kitchen, shower with toilet, king-size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.

In a beautiful spot in the open landscape of the Oldambt in the east of the province of Groningen, there is a farm from 1771 of the oldest Oldambster type. The perfect place to discover the Oldambt! It is a unique farm, the only remaining farm of this type in its original form. The farm has been completely restored and two luxury guest houses have been built in the farm. The Ruiterstok, modern with old details, and the Hude in the old house.
