All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Suite Vadella Suite Vadella is one of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee’s stylish suites, with its own private entrance, located in the centre of Vlissingen. The suite features a kitchen, a comfortable sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. The beach, promenade, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. A wonderful base from which to explore Vlissingen and the Zeeland coast. Minimum stay of 5 nights in July and August. More inspiration about Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee can also be found online. You will spend your vacation in a stylish feel-good atmosphere with a lot of attention to detail. On the ground floor is the large living-dining area with a luxurious open kitchen and access to the covered terrace with dining and lounge area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a large wardrobe in the hallway and a toilet.

It is wonderful to walk there (e.g. nature reserve Verdronken Zwarte Polder) and cycle along luxury cycle paths. Children can romp around in the playground or on the beach. Hungry or thirsty? Enjoy the nice beach pavilions with sea views. Explore picturesque villages nearby (Groede, Retranchement, etc.). You will be staying 15 km from Knokke and Sluis.

Here you can enjoy peace, space and comfort, with plenty of opportunities to unwind, relax and go out. The perfect family destination. The cottage is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 2 children. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the open mezzanine.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
