There is a separate indoor bath from the Hinoki bath, but the view of Setouchi and the starry sky from the Goemon bath, heated with firewood, is the best. If you're lucky, you'll see artificial satellites and meteors. The water heated by firewood never gets cold. It warms you from the core of your body. The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. Here, the right answer is to do nothing and just be. How about emptying your mind? If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route. During the day, we fully enjoyed the attractions of Arahama, such as Main Topia Bezzoko, Oshima and Taki-no-Miya Park, and in the evening, we used ingredients bought from a local supermarket to prepare a leisurely meal in the kitchen of our traditional kominka house.You can enjoy a film on the projector and spend time travelling like you're at home. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance.Please use this property as your base for exploring Shikoku, where sightseeing and everyday life come together in perfect harmony.

As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.
