Villa has two double apartments and two quadruple apartments, making it ideal for accommodating and sleeping 12 adults. If needed, in the main villa building there are two more apartments available for extra accommodation. Each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower, towels, and a hairdryer. The villa offers private parking, and all apartments are equipped with air conditioning. The pool operates during the summer season. Location is on the best Danube view in Novi Banovci, Belgrade.

Our river house was built piece by piece to suit the needs of the people who know how to enjoy, the sunset , the music and river itselfe alone of with few friends still keeping it within the budget. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and huge gatherings. If you need a airport or similiar transfer we organise it!

The apartment is located in the very center of the city, as soon as you step out of the building you are at the main square of Šabac. The size of the apartment is 55m^2, the layout of the rooms is kitchen with dining room, bathroom, living room and bedroom.
