Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you can spend a relaxing holiday with your loved one, family or friends. The cottage is located 38 km from the centre of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a living room/kitchen with an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, there is a glazed terrace with an infrared heater and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air-source heat pump and mains water. Large lawned garden. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. A rowing boat and 2 SUP boards are available for the use of the tenants!

Villa Riihi - nature and peace & a unique beach sauna

If you're looking for a day out, there are some beautiful places to visit in the local area: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 mins): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges and lake basins. – Two-person tour: A woodland trail that ends at a viewpoint overlooking the lake. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the viewing tower. Near the house, there are forest paths for peaceful walks – on your own, with your dog, or to clear your mind. You will find the instructions in the cottage folder.

Small beach cottage with sauna

The small cottage in our yard, right on the shore of the lake, has electricity, no indoor toilet. The sauna water is taken from the lake with a pump, but drinking water is available from the main house faucet. One of the beds is 160 cm and the other is a sofa bed. You have access to a rowing boat and one (or 2) lightweight kayaks. Swimming shoes are recommended on the beach (small stones at the beginning). The city is 15 km away and the village of Siilinjärvi is about 8 km away. The nearest store is about 4 km away and the gas station is 3.7 km away.

Kallavedenranta

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. Cottage 55m² and new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

The location is quiet and you can enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the natural scenery, for example, from your own balcony. The apartment is a great place to go for various activities or to cool off at the beach in the summer. In winter, the ski trail runs right from the corner of the apartment. The apartment is suitable for small groups of friends, families and couples.

Laiturilta pääsee uimaan ja ranta syvenee nopeasti. Juojärvessä ei ole sinilevää. Järvessä puhdas vesi uida.
