Samoin Kuntolaakson uimahalli, Olvi-areena ja Kuopiohalli ovat kävelymatkan päässä. KYS:lle kävelee reilussa vartissa. Bussipysäkki ihan vieressä. Auton voi jättää viereisen kadun varrelle tai Kuntolaakson maksulliseen parkkihalliin. Asunnon kaikki tekstiilit pestään hajusteettomilla pesuaineilla.
