Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Lovely little house built in 2024, ideal for a stay in town but quiet. The accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from the Nîmes Centre SNCF train station and a 12-minute walk from the bullring and the city center. Parking is available on the street from the listing. The kitchen is fully equipped. A small terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Access is a bit hidden since it is from a small path accessible only on foot.
