nice little cocoon near downtown

Ideally located just behind the Museum of Fine Arts, 7mm walk from the train station (the sea 45mm), 400m from the bullring and the historic center, very quiet area, no need for a car to visit the city. Composed of an entrance, a living room kitchen with a mezzanine for sleeping and a bathroom with shower. The set overlooks course, without opposite. Cozy studio and its gardens.

19 m2 studio consisting of a sleeping area with a comfortable bed and TV, a dining area with a microwave, kettle, dishes, fridge, then a walk-in shower, toilet, fan. Free parking in front of the Residence. There is no window... only one in the bathroom... but a glass door that you can leave open in the summer because it opens onto the garden. Sheets, dish towels and towels not provided. No stove but a microwave.
