The best experience ever in Dalat and Vietnam. Linh couple they are quite friendly and helpful. Room is cozy and well decorated. The blackout bar is also article and full of awesome music.Highly recommended to all the guests who like arts,music,cocktails and random life.

The home and the view are beautiful, and the host is very kind and welcoming. There are a few things I wish I had known before booking: there is a construction project going on right next door, so there was noise throughout my entire stay. Also, the power went out several times when it rained so I was not able to cook on the electric stove. Despite these difficulties, I had a great time here. I would stay again and recommend it to others!

Ho was just a phenomenal host. I went there to celebrate my partner's birthday and Ho made sure the arrangements were done to totally surprise him without him feeling anything suspicious. Team was creative and attended to all my peculiar needs and went in to detail on providing options for flowers and deco, etc. Ho also helped us rent a bike with very short notice and ensured it was brought to the hotel itself so we didn't have to go anywhere to pick it up. The view was also mesmerizing. The sunrise was just beyond beautiful. Thank you Ho for the great hospitality.

We stayed at Hugs for one month and it feels impossible to try and put into words how amazing this stay was! The host and family are the kindest, most helpful and loving people we have ever met. It was truly an honour to experience the community within Nam Ban, we are so grateful for Tu for sharing it with us. If you are looking to escape city life, or just want to wind down and relax, Hugs stay is absolutely perfect. It makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was hard to leave this place! We hope to come back again one day, thank you for everything 💚
