This house, which is made entirely of natural materials, is a 1+1 like the others and has been arranged so that you can experience the comfort of your own home with its independent entrance, private gazebo, shower-toilet, kitchen, barbecue and necessary equipment. Of course, you can take advantage of the other common facilities of the campus outside your house.

The Traditional Nisyrian house has 3 floors, located in the heart of the center. It is 5 minutes from the harbor and 20 meters from the famous church and central square.The distance is a 1-minute walk from most cafes restaurants and sea with a supermarket in front of the house and the town hall near.It has a terrace with a spectacular sunset and a view of the whole village,with chairs and table to enjoy the view and 2 balconies overlooking the sea.It has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet-bathrooms.105 s.m

Almyra Luxury House on the sea front

Apartment in the center of the "Mandraki" settlement in front of the sea with a view of the Monastery of Panagia Spiliani. It is richly equipped. This is an traditional Nisyrian house (65 km2). It is good for couples, 3 friends travelling together, solo adventurers or a small family. The house has wifi, but because of the narrow street it can be unreliable at times. The neighbourhood is authentic and has a lovely atmosphere. The house is only 8 minutes walk from the beach, tavernas, cafes and shops in the centre of the village. Nisyros is a beautiful Aegean islands, still untouched by tourism. It is part of the Dodecanese Island group.

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.
