Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nissi Beach

Absolutely loved the 2 weeks appt great everything was like home from home . The view was stunning from appt the distance was walkable from the strip . Very quiet and peaceful place would highly recommend

Salvatore is a great host, he is very quick to answer any questions you may have. He is one of the best hosts I have ever met, and believe me, I have booked more than 50 times on airbnb.

The apartment was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were lovely. The apartment features ample kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. There is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit available. There is a shared swimming pool, where you can use the sunbeds and a toilet. The surroundings are quiet and you hear little from other people in the other apartments. Communication with the host was very good, quick response to messages and clear check-in instructions. The host had prepared some supplies for breakfast for the first day and even took allergies into account, which was very nice. In addition, there were some basic necessities ready, such as a toothbrush, comb, power plug, etc. The closest beach is a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute car ride from the apartment. The apartment is highly recommended!

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

Nick provided a full-service experience, promptly responding to our inquiries and assisting us with obtaining tickets to events near Ayia Napa. Everything listed in the advertisement was present, and the four bathrooms and four bedrooms were a great convenience. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay !

We had the pleasure of staying in Antonis appartement for 4 glorious weeks . This is more then a holiday home and feels like a real home . A more then stocked kitchen with some helpful housekeeping goods and anything u could possibly need. Every last bit of this place oozes quality and comfort. The neighbourhood is quiet with a 10 min walk to town and seafront. Feeling very residential and upmarket. We found Antonis to be a very nice and genuine landlord who wants his guest to be compfertable and happy .

Cher's apartment was absolutely superb. Everything that was listed was there. The location is very close to local restaurants and bars which were all reasonably priced. The location is outside of Protaras but there is a regular bus service between Kapparis and Ayia Napa. I would recommend downloading the OSEA app for bus services. The apartment was very clean and tidy with air conditioning throughout. The other families on the complex were very friendly too. The pool area was very clean and tidy. Best time to go in the pool is early morning as it heats up during the day. The local people were also very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice about where to go and things to do. I cannot speak more highly of Cher and her responsiveness. The apartment gave us everything we wanted and was great value for money. A+ all the way through!!!!

What a lovely apartment, with a fantastic host, has all the home from home feels that you want and the complex is amazing with 3 pools, gym and coffee shop. We felt like we were at home, so safe and relaxed, with all the extra touches and amenities like pool/beach towels that really make a difference. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone, couples or families, we were able to use the HDMI cable to plug in my sons game console and the WiFi was strong so my teenage daughter was happy but more than that we were able to have a relaxing holiday. I even had some quiet time around the adult pool as our balcony looks over it, I also loved that there is a tree in front of the balcony that serves as privacy and a shade at times from the sun perfect for reading a book or enjoying a family meal. We were so settled we didn’t want to leave.

Our stay at Gökmen’s place was wonderful. The home was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and along the way, we would pass by basketball and soccer fields, which made the walks even more enjoyable. The island felt very safe, and the people were extremely friendly. Gökmen was an honest and kind host, always available if we needed anything. We also loved that the place was close to a lively street full of shops and events, just about a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, we even attended a local festival with free painting activities and a live concert, which made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!
