Holiday rentals with lake access in Niterói

Tivenos the privilege of enjoying a super cozy environment that met all our expectations, Hosts Marcela and Fábio super attentive and very kind, exclient location, amazing view, good local trade. Close to the beaches, by motorcycle, less than 5 minutes we were on the best beaches in the region! All perfect, we love and we will return for sure.

The loft is very well located and easy to find. It is literally on the sand, a quiet place, easy access for those who go by bus and for those who go by car. There is public parking at the entrance to Vila de Pescadores. Charlie was very helpful in responding to all messages. I recommend it for those who want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and relax listening to the sound of the sea. I intend to return!

Really a very quiet place, well wooded, good beaches nearby, my puppies had a lot of fun together with us, the car is in the garage giving tranquility, I recommend without a doubt for those who want tranquility during the holidays, many options for walks. I thank Mr Festrio for the listing.

If I could rate it with 10 stars, I certainly wouldn't think twice. The sensational environment for people lovers of quiet places, but it also goes very well for those who like agitation, because close to the location there is a lot to do. The host was extremely attentive, requests and making everything very clear. The space is larger than what appears in the photos, it is very cozy, beautiful, extremely clean and smelling. I will definitely return!!!

Without a doubt, one of the best apartments I have ever rented to stay, in front of the beach, a perfect condominium. We love the care Andrea has for guests, she provides hygiene items, I thought that was really cool. I was delighted with the flexible reception, check-in, and checkout. I have nothing to complain about. I will definitely rent again.

Very satisfied with the accommodation: great location, a few steps from Camboinhas beach; the condominium is well structured, excellent for children; impeccable cleanliness; amazing view; well-equipped kitchen; air-conditioning in all rooms, in perfect working order. Bed and bath linens, although paid separately, are worth it, as they are well maintained. The listing photos are consistent with the property. Monique responded to me very promptly in all our exchanges. I recommend it and hope to return soon!

The apartment's location is perfect, a few meters from the beach and the boardwalk. The only observations to make are in relation to the shower, which only warms up if you open it a little and sometimes it didn't want to turn on and since we are in winter, taking a cold shower was complicated and since the apartment is above the entrance guardhouse, even though it is on the 4th floor, some nights were very noisy. But overall the apartment is very good for a small family and has a privileged location. Monica is a wonderful host, she gave us amazing tips on places to eat, super helpful. We had a great time.

Pedro is an excellent host, responding with agility and kindness and maintaining a lot of flexibility. The apartment is large, beautiful and well located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the city and close to the bakery and restaurant. Excellent experience!

Compliments only. All clean, flawless. It had all the utensils necessary for us to use, including many inputs that we forgot, we were surprised to see that there were available for use. Mr. Emerson was very attentive and answered us when we asked. In fact, we negotiated an extra amount so that I could enjoy more time before the checkin time and after checkout and it was very helpful for us. He makes a wonderful craft beer and leaves two complimentary bottles. The orchard is super varied, orange, stirrica, lemon, banana, guava, mango, cocoa, jabuticaba, acerola, pitanga, avocado, a lot, I will return in the spring so I can enjoy all these loaded feet rs I highly recommend the location, a Peace. You can only hear birds and the sound of the waterfall that lies just behind the house. Do not want to return home. Haha

Moment of peace, tranquility and comfort! The host was waiting for us on-site to check in and was super attentive, presenting every part of the house and informing about how everything works. Also, it became available on the wpp for any emergency. The site is wonderful, identical or better than in the photos. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you normally need. And all very clean. Equally clean and comfortable bedding. Great bathrooms. Very spacious house. Impeccable pool with spring water. By far the most clean, well-equipped and flagged house we have ever seen (steps and glass doors adhesive to ensure safety due to the natural unevenness of the land). The screens on the windows were great, they protected a lot from insects. There was air conditioning in the two bedrooms and one in the living room, all working very well. The plus is the wifi, which works in an excellent way, picks up even in the pool. For those who do home office is great. We'll be back!

Recommended! The day before check-in, Sérgio made contact with me and sent me all coordinates on how to get to the house and that helped a lot. The space is wonderful! Everything is well organized and clean! I also recommend, for those who want to enjoy but the time of stay, hire the service of the cook that is very worthwhile. Lots of leisure and calm! Whenever I needed help with something from the house, I received a quick reply from Sergio. I will definitely return at other times!

What a wonderful place! Especially to go with children! The place invites you to play! everything clean, well equipped. We don't miss anything... We don't usually go back to the same places on Airbnb, but this house we're planning to return on vacation as it's perfect for kids! The only suggestion would be to have more rooms and a bigger TV (for grandmothers who like to watch soap opera, because the kids didn't even want to know about Tv)! Congratulations, Vinícius! The house is great, comfortable and super well equipped. the condominium is also a delight. we made a family trip and the space was ideal for that.

Everything was amazing, Caroline and Ana respond quickly and are super gentle. We love to feed the fish and the space is great for many types of activity, so even with rain we can enjoy the environment!

Great house, better than the pictures and description. Simple, no luxury, but with everything you need. My group loved it and already think about the next one. One thing we really all enjoy is the fact that you are in the pool and you can look at the whole terrain, so it's easier to keep up with the kids. Super clean swimming pool.
