The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

A localização , apesar de ter que subir escadas facilita muito , estamos no melhor bairro que tem tudo que precisar . Fácil locomoção para zona sul e centro do Rio de Janeiro tbm é um diferencial . Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

The 'Casa da Leila', our home, has, in addition to the family's accommodations, a space on Airbnb. The Loft is under the main house and has fully integrated environments, with an exclusive bathroom. It has more than 55m² of covered area, high ceilings and industrial-contemporary decor. Its two French doors give access to the exclusive balcony, where you can have breakfast while enjoying the San Francisco Valley and, hopefully, spot a hawk or paragliders jumping from City Park.

Recanto das Praias, located in the beautiful Oceanic Region of Niterói/RJ, is a fully independent annex. Separated from the main house by a shared yard, it features a barbecue area, hammock, and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxation. Guests also have access to a futsal court, playground, and two swimming pools (for children and adults). The condominium is safe, monitored by cameras and staff, and close to the region’s stunning beaches, such as Itacoatiara and Piratininga.
