SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

New house that can accommodate 6 to 8 people, composed of an entrance hall, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, L.L.), a living room with sofa bed, three bedrooms and a bathroom with hydromassage shower, toilet and vanity unit. The house has private parking and a closed garden without vis-à-vis of about 300 m2. Linens not provided

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
