The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Multi use trail outside back gate, leading to endless miles of wonderful trails for biking/hiking/running. Bus stop at end of the street or a short drive to Boulder(7 miles) and Longmont(4 miles).
