Calm, Nature & Charm... Welcome to our small country house located a few minutes from Charlieu, one of the most beautiful villages in the Loire. Here you can enjoy the calm of the countryside between meadows, forests and valleys. Places to see: Charlieu, its abbey and old houses, nature walks, Saint-Jacques de Compostelle route, etc. The Véloire: this greenway takes you from the port of Roanne to Iguerande, enjoy a cultural and gastronomic detour through Charlieu.

Le Noëlas Family: bright, spacious and quiet

In the heart of Roanne, beautiful spacious apartment (66 m2), bright and quiet, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) with two real bedrooms on the building's wooded inner courtyard. We recently renovated it, carefully furnished and tastefully decorated to make you feel good as soon as you arrive. The plus: secure and free parking in the basement of the residence (access height limited to 2 m). The city center with its shops and restaurants is a 5-min walk.

Located just 10 km from the Côte Roannaise vineyard, our farm is also an ideal base from which to discover local wines, hiking trails, and bike rides. We will welcome you with simplicity and kindness. At La Petite Ferme aux Prés, come slow down, and feel at home.

Studio in the basement of the house, open to the pool and with a breathtaking view, offering you a comfortable stopover in Riorges, close to the Le Scarabé theater, the Troisgros Restaurant and Roanne city center. - Parking in a secure courtyard, - Electric car charging possible (Green'Up), - Access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, From Oct. to mid-May: the swimming pool is closed. We do not accept guests without reviews or with incomplete profiles.

Farmhouse accommodation

Small apartment on the farm, refurbished, located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of MABLY and 8 km from the center of ROANNE, 1 double bedroom + possibility of sleeping on a sofa bed. For a single night booking, sheets are not provided. If you forget, you will be charged 10 euros. Blankets are available. From a reservation of 2 nights, the room will be equipped with sheets and duvet but you will need to provide sheets for the sofa bed.

You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

Close to the SNCF train station (8 min walk), the city center (10 min), the IUT (900 m), restaurants and cinemas. Free parking in the cul-de-sac.

In the heart of Iguerande, a village in Brionnais, a small wooded region dotted with Romanesque churches, our stone barn, renovated in 2020, occupies a quiet location. The bakery is 20 m away, the greenway is 50 m away and the Loire is 200 m away. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
