La casa è un trullo del 1800, tutto ristrutturato, dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. Nella sala, dotata di frigo, forno microonde, tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone.
