Holiday rentals with a patio in NoDa, Charlotte

We had a great stay at Brian and Erica's place. Amazing location and property - especially for the price. Beds were comfy, the lounge and deck were great spots to relax, and my wife loved the freestanding bathtub. Would stay here again for sure.

Solid location for a weekend away with friends. This was very easy and worth the rate.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

Absolutely AMAZING! We loved this place! The city views are breathtaking! The entire condo was clean and definitely gives off a home feel. I will for sure be booking this spot if I’m ever staying in Charlotte for a couple nights. Worth every penny! Host was also very nice, very friendly! Responses quickly and accommodates any needs! You can’t ask for a better stay in my opinion… 🤗

The structure of the building makes getting the keys a bit of a journey in the beginning but after that the stay is amazing. From the comfort of the apartment itself to the great view from the upper deck. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. If I knew it was this close a walk to the Bank of America stadium I would have came during football season.

Host was great, very responsive and gave good recommendations of things to do around Charlotte. The place was beautiful and exactly as pictured, comfortable beds and all the amenities. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay for our first time in Charlotte. The area isn't too far from downtown Charlotte and all the things it has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent host, location, and accommodations. The house was super clean and a great set-up for four people (could be more if couples).

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

This home was beautiful & had everything we needed and more. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will try to stay everytime we visit charlotte:)

Exactly as we expected! Great stay. Peaceful, quiet, great local restaurants near by. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

Nice place to stay in Ft Mill. Comfortable home, with nice sized bedrooms and living area. We enjoyed the local restaurants and breweries. We would stay here again.

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Edward's place was amazing. I secured it on short notice and Edward incredibly accommodating. The beds were incredible and the layout perfect for relaxing. i would definitely go back.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Audrey’s townhouse/ condo! The location is great with just a short walk to the middle of downtown Charlotte, making it super easy to explore the city. The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed plus more. If you’re looking to cook, there’s a fully stocked kitchen with any spice you could ever need, creamer & sugar for coffee, etc.. In addition there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which you don’t find in all Airbnbs these days. The place is cozy, easy to access, and Audrey provides a great list of recommendations for all areas of the city. We’d love to stay again!
