Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Noel

Beautiful place, we had a good stay. We did have an issue that was out of her control and the response time was a little slow but she was willing to help with whatever and answered after she was made aware of the issue. I recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in roger’s literally the cheapest 3 bed I could find and beat the hotel prices around.

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect for sitting on the back deck around the firepit. The house was within walking distance to the downtown restaurants and activities.

Perfect location for our group of four avid bike riders. Inside was clean and all the amenities of home. Plenty of space inside to socialize or seek solitude. Outside, the rear deck in the trees was our go to spot for morning coffee and evening dinner, even grilled burgers one night. Garage was the perfect bike storage & maintenance spot and a very convenient hose outside to clean up the bikes each day after riding. Very nice access to paved and MTB trails and don't miss the Gear (beer) Garden, a 5-minute ride. The immediate Blowing Springs area has everything you'll need (grocery, CVS, liquor store, bike shop and urgent care if you have a mishap). Bentonville is a short 15-minute drive to the town square and other POIs. We'd definitely stay here again!

If you’re considering this place, BOOK IT — you won’t regret it! I highly recommend staying here. The view from the deck was absolutely stunning, and the house was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean. Tim was by far the best host I’ve ever had (and I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs!). He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect (filling all the bird feeders) throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Mit has been fantastic in accomidating us. The place we just as advertised and has been a great resource for us to stay in comfort and privacy.

This was a great place to stay...only a few blocks away from Blowing Springs and Back 40 Trails. Enjoyed every minute!

This was our first time staying in Bella Vista for 5 weeks. We have friends in Bella Vista, and we were really close to where they live. We are not bikers, but the location was great. Close to the walking trail and the fitness center - you can get passes from the POA to use the center. Brandon helped us with the passes. Easy access to get to Bentonville, and Fayetteville. The locals were pretty vocal regarding the pizza at Casey's. Turns out they were right, and Casey's is just 1/2 block away. The home is beautiful, well-kept and CLEAN. The neighborhood where this home is located is comfortable and safe. We didn't understand we needed to have a streaming service with us. We did acquire a service to use while in the home and Brandon did re-imburse the cost. Brandon was helpful in getting our questions answered and took the extra time to help us understand steaming services. Yes, we did need help. We look forward to another stay in Bella Vista. Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

We had such a fun little getaway! It’s in a great spot. I would sit on the porch every morning drinking my coffee and watch the sunrise on the lake. We loved being able to just walk out and go down to the water! The check in and out instructions were easy and everything was as pictured! The only thing that out a damper on the trip was being accused of stealing sheets. We admitted to accidentally breaking the spoon holder and a glass, why would we then steal sheets? We did exactly as was instructed. 1. Strip beds of sheets and pillowcases 2. Place at the foot of the bed. Update: They did reach out to let us know they found the sheets so that was nice.

We had an amazing stay! The back yard was beautiful, and our kids loved the slide built into the hill. The house was a perfect size for us and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again if traveling close to there.

Kathryn was great! The space and location were perfect. We were within walking distance to the square and used her cruiser bikes provided to bike through some trails she recommended. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

We were in town for a family celebration. Felt very comfortable and at home. Everything we needed was provided. We arrived after dark. Instructions were clear, a light was left on which was very nice. Communication was awesome, always a quick response. Seemed to be quite a nice area, quiet, and felt very safe. Upon entering we found it very cozy! Night lights everywhere which was awesome for the grandkids at night. We appreciated the room darkening blinds!! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space if needed. We especially loved the screen porch overlooking those beautiful woods. We were not able to enjoy the fire or grill, maybe next time! We brought most of our supplies but found many things provided had we forgotten anything. There was plenty of soap, t-paper, paper towels, etc. for our 3 day stay. Kitchen very well stocked for your needs, and a few extras. There was plenty of towels for both bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The weather was kind of crazy but we felt safe inside. The mattress was super comfy, the kitchen was more spacious than expected which was nice since we cooked every meal over our three day stay. The chickens were the best part! They are so cuteee and they gave us the gift of fresh eggs. Would definitely love to stay again. Garrett was very responsive whenever we reached out.

We were visiting for a funeral, and almost felt like we were on vacation with the peace and beautiful views this place offered. Carrie was flexible with our early check in to accommodate us. And we just really loved the space and the extras like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ toothpaste/ lotion/ sunscreen and even Off because yes the lake has mosquitos! But everything was ready for us. Thank you again for making a difficult time easier! Great price. Great communication! We definitely want to visit again in the future!

It was great staying at Staci’s! The place was in the perfect spot between Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and hiking trails in Beaver Lake. The house was private and had a great backyard that we enjoyed each night we were there.

Property is beautiful. The location is perfect for all of the bike parks and the back 40 trails. Highly recommend it. The back 40 trail loop is at the beginning of the block.

The cabin was so clean and looked brand new inside. The fireplace woodstove was wonderful on the cool evening and the screened in porch overlooking the woods and valley were just wonderful. Bob's cabin will always be on my short list for returning to again in the future when needing to get away to a peaceful and quiet location (even my cell phone with internet didn't work here which was a plus). I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful location.

Linda is a great host! Super nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is great too because it's not far from downtown/hiking trails but still remote enough to feel secluded. We will definitely stay here again!
