Sublime duplex 75m² Villa Saint Laurent

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

"A la Campagne" Gîte

A haven of peace and a change of scenery, this accommodation is located on the first floor of an old barn with exposed beams, in the heart of Amions, a peaceful village of 291 inhabitants. Access will be through the main door of this barn, which offers you, on the ground floor, a huge, unusual and furnished space (large table, curiosities, laundry room). A travel cot is available at the entrance to the accommodation. If requested, it can be set up and fitted with small sheets for a fee of €4.

In a quiet hamlet overlooking Chabreloche you will have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sheltered terrace. a large play area (ping pong, foosball) THE HEATED POOL is ACCESSIBLE from EASTER to ALL SAINTS'. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).
