Between the comfort of a townhouse and the calm of a country house, a few steps from the port of Herbaudière and a private path leading directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation offers on the ground floor 1 large living space open to the terrace, kitchen open to the living room. As well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small shower room. The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

nice renovated house of 30m2 with modern and very functional charm. Ideally located 300 m from Mardi Gras beach, it has a west-facing terrace, an east-facing garden, and a private parking space. Crosswise, bright, it consists of an entrance, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large 16m² mezzanine bedroom, (HSP 1.79m). The house is a 4-minute walk to the beach and the centre of Vieil with its shops and restaurants.
