The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

The "Villa au petit bonheur" is a quiet hamlet house, completely renovated, 10 min from Nérac and Condom, and 35 min from Agen. Private heated pool, shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture, BBQ, ping-pong, darts, petanque court... It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. A perfect location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.

For a stopover, a break, make yourself comfortable in this unique and tranquil place. Consisting of a bedroom with office and sitting area, a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. Private toilet and shower room. Possibility of access to the pool in summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability.
