It was my luck to meet Uma, the host was warm and attentive prepared a lot of surprises for us, and the host's mother often sent delicious desserts to the royal delicacies.The location of the room faces the pool, you can have a cup of Uma on the balcony to start the day with a cup of coffee prepared for us.The linen is excellent quality Good towel soft and white.I'm going to stay at Uma's next time she's like my distant relatives.Thank you Uma She is the pride of Tyrande!

The accommodation is beautiful and luxurious. It has every amenity you can imagine. The accommodation is close to many famous entertainment and restaurants. Traveling is very convenient. The owner of the room is friendly and ready to help in every way at all times. Highly recommended.

What an awesome place! We have a very great time staying in Nithiphat's place. The place is exactly as in the pictures. The rooms are spacious to accommodate 5 people. All the amenities are there for convenience. Everything is clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The balcony is really nice with a view of very large swimming pool and garden. You can easily walk to the beach club in 2 min. There's a gym to use for free and other 2 beautiful pools looking over the beach. Long beach which Baba beach club next to it. But the place is very beautiful and peaceful like you own the whole place. There's hardly any noise to bother you aside from the wind blowing and leaves rustling. The facilities are well-maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. Constantly making sure our stay is smooth and comfortable. The check-in is easy. Honestly, I really can't recommend this place enough. Great place. Quiet. Few steps to the beach. Beautiful. Spacious. Definitely will stay again!

Although I decided to go to Hua Hin on a last minute basis, Alex was very accommodating. He managed to get the condo ready for my arrival and provided the necessary assistance required. Would definitely recommend and would rebook if I visit Hua Hin again!! Thanks Alex.

Very good place. We enjoyed BBQ. Kids also enjoyed at the swimming pool. Highly recommend for group staying.

We stayed at the house for eight days and really enjoyed our time here. The contact with Joachim is very pleasant and communication is straightforward and fast. Location is perfect for all excursions in the region. The pool is cleaned regularly, clean and very inviting. Everything was wonderful for us, we would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful two week stay here. Laurence is a fantastic host, very proactive and responsive. Loved the open feel and style of her bungalow, and the floor to ceiling windows. Great outside seating area, and lovely pool. Everything you would ever need for cooking, it’s a very well thought out kitchen! The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. The only negative is the fact that these villas are jam packed into a very small development. You will hear her neighbors and apparently, they will hear you. So just be aware, and be respectful. It’s the closest knit housing development we’ve ever stayed in. It’s immaculate and very well kept. You’ll see the kind gardeners and crew that works at the villas, they’re all very hard working. We loved them! Enjoy, it’s out of town, but it’s close to the smaller beach and the Anchor bar. Highly recommend!
