The place is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children with toys and changing space. There are 70 sqm which is distributed on the entrance hall, bathroom, living room with kitchen-living room and bedroom. Dog allowed.

We are close to Rold forest where you can hike or mountain bike, fishing lakes and Øster Hurup with swimming and fishing opportunity. 5 minutes to shopping (3 shops, bakery, inn and Pizzeria) 25 minutes to Aalborg or Randers.

As a tenant with us, you will live in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the forest with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg 15 min to the city bus. Whether it is city holidays, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have ample opportunity to get your needs met here with us. We are happy to help you with advice if you ask. If we can , there is a possibility that we will pick you up at the airport for a fee. The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed

Valsgård is on the north side of Mariager fjord and is located on bike route 32. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life of this peaceful and centrally-located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be turned out. Duvets and towels are included, and white cotton linens can be provided for an additional cost.

NOTE: Bedroom is on the 1st floor. Easy to the railway station (1.2 km), the pedestrian street (1.9 km), Netto (1.6 km) and fyrkat (3.6 km) which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. OOPS.
