It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

The home has three bedrooms with 4 beds, and freshly decorated communal rooms with high ceilings and large windows including a large dining room, living room with games, breakfast nook, and a TV room. The large backyard offers beautiful sunsets in a setting surrounded by fruit trees, agave plants, and palm trees.

Relax at this unique, tranquil, and comfortable mini home in our backyard. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with a wide variety of succulents and a relaxing pool. With a space to enjoy reading or listening to music. Equipped with microwave, Keurig coffee machine, mini refrigerator, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, and tableware. The mini home has air conditioning and heating system for comfort and a smart TV. No parties allowed.(SPACE EQUIPPED ONLY FOR 2-3 PEOPLE *no more than 3 fit*)

Cozy private guest area with own keyless entry to unit. 1 Bedroom w/ queen size bed. Refrigerator, and microwave are provided. Bathroom is stocked w/ toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap. An iron and blow dryer provided for your use in the closet. Guest area is private with separate but connected to main house. Central heat- A/C is controlled in main house. We are a 10 minute drive to the Ont airport, Ontario convention center, Toyota arena and the Ontario Mills.
