The property was great, and Juan was very prompt with communications and provided clear instructions as well. We really enjoyed the space, and our family would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

Nick is a great host. He is very responsive , which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and toiletry supplies, including clean towels, dish soap and hand soap, coffee pods for Keurig, basic spices, etc. Hot tub was pleasant after a long day of sight seeing. This is highly recommended Airbnb... will definitely stay again.

This tranquil retreat was exactly what we hoped it would be. Peaceful, quiet, private (except the atv that randomly drove through the property and startled us a bit Easter afternoon). Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, relaxing by the fire, hiking in the forest and soaking in the hot tub. This property is fantastic, the house is comfortable - I would definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future!

GREAT location. Just really a perfect stay! This place was PERFECT for a quick visit with the extended family. Easy to fly into LAX, navigate to the house, park easily. Plenty of flexible bedroom space that worked for multiple ages of cousins, siblings, grandparents in and out. The kitchen is so funcitonal. The fire pit on site plus tv in one bedroom to hook up the Nintendo to = super effective ways to hang out right there. Lots of seating at the dining room table plus the coffee table tright there meant that we could all eat dinner together.

A great stay! Worked perfectly for what we needed (traveling for work). Smelled good and everything was very clean. Loved the chairs on the front lawn and it was a nice neighborhood (surrounded by families playing in their yards). Only thing is the trains and planes are loud in the area, if it’s not something you’re used to. Would definitely stay again if traveling to the area again!

Easy check in, and very close to Disneyland. We enjoyed our stay.

I needed a home while visiting family and to care for my aging dad. The house was just as listed. Pictures sold me. It was very spacious, comfortable and open. The backyard was perfect. We used the space, for my dad to get walk/exercise safely. We also enjoyed it while drinking our morning coffee. I felt like I was home. Paul was patient & accommodating. I forgot some items and had to return after check out 2x. He was understanding. I will definitely return, if I need a whole home. Thank you Paul.

David was very responsible and helpful during our 3nights stay. The pool was huge and clean and it was ready to use. Also dining area inside and outside was well organized, lighting for the backyard is also amazing! I highly recommend booking this place for your vacation! I would re-rent this place again. I can’t say enough about how much Fiona and her family made us feel at home. We are fire evacuees and we’re bounced from one place to another until we settled at her home. They even gave us avocados from their tree and brought us famous local donuts! I was surprised by the amazing restaurants nearby — particularly Ethiopian, Thai and sushi gems. But most of all we are grateful for the stability of a comfortable home with great outdoor space to get back on our feet. Thanks Fiona!

We had a great time here! The house is beautiful and can fit so many people very comfortably. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and in the backyard when we were back from our day’s activities. There are a couple things people may want to know before booking - it’s a quiet neighborhood, so you’ll need to be quiet or indoors after 9pm. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if your group wants to be outside late into the evening, this would not be the place for you. Also, Kimberly charges by the number of people, not just a flat rate. That’s not something I’ve ever seen before, but she’s up front about everything, so as long as you know and are okay with that, it’s a great place to stay. We overall had a wonderful time. And I’d recommend staying there.

Melissa's house was the perfect selection for our stay in Riverside! Located in the hills of the city, the scenery was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, there were restaurants, a coffee shop (Arcadia) and grocery store close by & the house itself had everything we needed. Melissa was great to work with and we felt cared for before we even arrived. We will definitely be renting from her again!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Very nice couple, quiet, great getaway

everything look like picture but dinner table and sofa kind of old, many fly about thousand in the backyard, cannot hang out or standing their. the unit is located in the rear house but anything was smooth. If they replace old sofa and table and fly than will be more beutiful house.

Great spacious home loved my stay!

We were very happy with Dianna‘s place. We have a son that lives in Temecula so this was very convenient. Dianna was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The only disadvantage is the traffic if you have to go into Orange County other than that, we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this place.

Cat’s place was great for a long weekend in Orange County. It had all the necessities and check-in was easy.

Our stay at this cozy cabin in Crestline was absolutely perfect. Tucked away in a private, peaceful spot, it felt like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Whether sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying quiet evenings inside, this cabin was the perfect getaway.

Carols place is adorable , cottage style decor and so much bigger than the photos . Hubby and I had a very comfortable stay , the bed was super comfortable. Great communication with Carol, we really liked the spacious kitchen and sitting area to watch tv . The outside is adorable , we just didn’t have enough time to enjoy it .
