Aire acondicionado (con bomba de calor) integrado con controles independientes en cada estancia. WI FI inalámbrico de fibra de 100 MB. En dormitorios cama de matrimonio (180 x 200) o dos camas individuales (90 x 200), a elegir. Colchones, canapés y ropa de cama de gama alta armario a medida vestidos SmartTV Samsung 23 pulgadas. Cuarto de baño de tres piezas Roca (ducha, lavabo y WC), radiador toallero Roca, secador. En salón comedor amplio sofá, SmartTV Samsung 50 pulgadas con canales internacionales, Spotify, Netflix, etc. Mesa y sillas de diseño para cuatro comensales, espacio para almacenaje y pequeño balcón. La cocina es de diseño, hecha a medida con encimera de piedra sinterizada y electrodomésticos integrados, horno microondas, placa inducción, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, pequeño electrodoméstico (cafetera de cápsulas, tostadora, exprimidor, hervidor), menaje completo de cocina. Ofrecemos incluido en el precio 1 limpieza con cambio de ropa blanca para estancias de al menos 7 días. Estoy disponible si me necesitan. Maximum Capacity 2 adults and 2 kids under 15. MARsuites 2 has been designed and decorated with a cozy taste to offer comfortable place to stay. MARsuites 2 is located at the second floor of MARsuites building. It has a stylish entrance that leads you to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 years old and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. There is a private fresh and clean bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (180cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. All windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from the street. There is a travel cot and a high chair available upon requests. It has a little balcony from where you will enjoy amazing views over the Palace and Cathedral. Views: The location in one of the widest streets in Old Town, allows our guests to enjoy privilege views over Almudaina Royal Palace and the top Cathedral providing brightness to all of our apartments.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
