Encantadora e íntima casa a 10 min. de Palma con 7000m2 de Jardin, piscina, Jacuzzi exterior climatizado y precioso jardín. This large modern and light apartment is located within the Roc Hotel complex. It comfortably sleeps 4 people, comes fully equipped and guests benefit from the use of all hotel facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, gym, steam room, roof-top solarium, direct access to the sea with a short walk to a sandy beach. Please note the hotel complex is closed from mid November until mid March.

Fantástica villa en El Terreno

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
