We loved visiting Dunkirk and it’s history. The apartment added to that sense of history with its location and interesting features and helped to bring the Dunkirk story to life. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We parked very close by and everything was within walking distance . Great location to visit the main attractions and buses are free if you want to go out further to visit the Dunkirk war cemetery. Dunkirk has an amazing number of great beach bars and restaurants literally 5 minutes from the apartment which was great. A perfect place to stay whether you’re a couple like us or if you had children. We could see it would be a perfect place to bring children along too. Sylviannne has thought of everything .

We just spent 3 days in Sophie and Pascal's apartment, For our first vacation since the baby arrived, and we don't regret it at all! Very easy to access, very easy found a parking space always available ( in April ). The accommodation and faithful to the description and in the photo it is even bigger in real life, we were able to install an umbrella bed for our little girl of 14 months without worries and we still had room to move around. Everything necessary is available, even the hair dryer! The small garden was very nice all our meals we were taken outside facing the sea and the beautiful sunset! We did everything on foot the city center and nearby,bakery, butcher shop, fishmonger! The little one played in the sand just down the stairs in front of the studio! Sophie was always available for any concerns! I sincerely recommend it to all! It's the perfect place for a few days of quiet rest!

thank you André for allowing us to have a very nice stay in the area, the accommodation is really very well decorated and very cozy, we feel really good and we enjoyed it! small downside if you have to say something, it is missing a large pot in the kitchen equipment, and the size of the sink does not allow you to consider the large kitchen even for two people. but it didn't spoil our very nice stay. We'll be happy to come back! we recommend

Short trip to the coast of Belgium. Very nice area. Location of the apartment ideal for us. A little off the beaten path, but quiet. Beach just outside the door. Tram station behind the house.

We had three wonderful days. Ideally located for direct access to the beach on foot, as well as all the restaurants and shops by the sea (and with private parking at the foot of the building). The view from the balcony is breathtaking to enjoy the flight of kites while avoiding the crowds. Estelle is a very friendly and responsive host and the place was in pristine condition when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!

Curt & Eugene have been top tier hosts with prompt responses and great recommendations. Arrival and parking was a breeze and they had provided us with a lovely personal welcome, their apartment was a home away from home being tranquil, private and provided everything you could need. Wonderful memories have been made which shall be cherished thanks to their hospitality. The location is a short drive to the city's such as Bruges, Antwerp and Ghent with easy park & rides, we had an amazing week with no faults or hassle! I would highly recommend Curt & Eugene's place to stay, we would love to stay again in the near future.

Sunny stay, very pleasant for 3 nights in this quiet apartment a little set back from the city , tastefully decorated accommodation, very functional , good bedding , everything you need in the kitchen , the balcony which is a plus , forgetting the convenient elevator on arrival and departure for suitcases ... Only disappointment: the pool under maintenance for the duration of our stay ...

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

A place that's as advertised with a beautiful indoor pool. Residence located in the immediate vicinity of the racecourse and the airport, it is penetrable to provide bicycles to move easily to the city center and the beach district. The apartment is really comfortable, the residence is rather quiet although it is very family friendly. A special mention for the high quality bedding. Finally, a host available to chat and answer questions if needed. Ideal for 2 or 4, although it can accommodate 6 people (convertible bed in the living room)

Pleasant stay, very exotic with lake views and activities nearby. Serge is a very pleasant and responsive host. We recommend eyes a second thought!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

Bruno's apartment is clean and very well equipped. It is located in a quiet and secure residence with private parking space. It is close to Lille city center where you can get by bus very easily (stop very close) and even on foot if you are a good walker. Bruno is welcoming and very accommodating as to the arrival and departure time. We recommend it without hesitation!
