Monthly Rentals in Nord Torpa

It was a very cozy house that contained everything that was necessary. Was nice and tidy, and just what we needed. A nice house that is nicely located. The host responded to all inquiries quickly and was accommodating.

Very lovely stay, hope to come back one day ! The house is really magical and everything was as clean and functional. The water has a bit of a taste, like some other guests noted, so we brought a few bottles with us just for drinking and it was no problem. Bente left us some delicious home-made biscuits for our arrival. It was easy to access and park. It snowed a lot, but everything was regularly plowed. Thank you for everything !

A little short what to expect upon arrival at this Cabin. As you approach the village of Dokka, the altitude meter goes up quickly, until you started to see shorter trees and mountain cot. Then you turn right and you are there. You are greeted by an idyllic cottage with a location pointing to a South-easted direction with beautiful nature views. The cabin is newly renovated on the inside with a creative touch that makes it very homely. - As the description claimed, the place is dog friendly. This is what we mean at the bottom of reality. The location is part of a large sled-dog community, where you want to see dog sledding and ski runners in the terrain often. No worries with noise. The dogs we had the opportunity to witness be calm and nice where they enjoyed being out in the sun and then getting some food. - You easily get out into a well cared for ski track that branches against different directions, but eventually leads to the bare mountain. Large open views that make it easy for those who have a dog you need to keep an extra eye with during the ski tour (like ours). - When you then come back from the tour, the fireplace awaits and good food together with an occasional beer/wine to it. --- Rachel, many thanks for the loan- we will be happy to come again!

It's a great cabin if you just want to spend a break and quiet evenings for two:) The location is beautiful with great views of the snowy mountains, and in the cabin you feel at home very quickly. The hostess had always been available and very friendly to us!
