Enjoy a stylish experience in our 86 m² accommodation. The modern holiday home is located right by the Norddeich marina. The ferry terminal to Norderney and Juist and the Norddeich Mole train station are within walking distance (approx. 400 metres). The terraced house has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a guest toilet and two bedrooms, as well as two terraces for barbecuing and enjoying the sun.

The bright spacious living area offers a cozy sofa area including armchairs and shares its space with a separate dining area. The kitchen is separate from the living area and offers a well-equipped kitchenette. The new bathroom with walk-in shower completes the floor plan.
