Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Ideal for couples!The house on the dike is located directly on the beautiful Weser beach opposite "Harriersand," the longest river island in Europe. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to transit travelers or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dike. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels included 3 bicycles (adults) + 1 child 20 inches can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transport can be reached in a short distance. The garden in the southwest offers a garden house, seating, a lounger and a relaxing hanging swing

Our cozy holiday home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 2 min walk away and Wulsdorf Railway Station is 5 min walk away. In Bremerhaven city centre or dike you can drive within 10 minutes. The state capital Bremen can be reached in 45 minutes by train, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
