The cabin has two bedrooms, both with double beds (160 and 150 cm width) and dresser. There are also 2 extra mattresses (75x200 cm). Living room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabin, and a spacious hallway. The kitchenette has a dining table, oven, hob with two plates, and a refrigerator under the bench. The area offers great cross-country trails where you don't have to wait in line in winter. In summer you will find great hiking trails right outside the cabin, and fishing opportunities nearby. The cabin "Utsikten" was newly renovated in 2019 and new bathroom no. 2 in the summer of 2024. New barbecue hut 2025. The place is for us essentially a place to retreat and find real peace and quiet without meeting any people nearby. "Utsikten" is located at the top and is the closest neighbor to a fantastic nature experience - Synnfjell with Spåtind as the highest peak at 1414 m.a.s.l. It is rented out at times and the place's possibilities must only be experienced with very good hiking possibilities in both summer and winter

Cabin with a fantastic view. The breathtaking landscape can be enjoyed all year round, with plenty of opportunity to experience the beauties of nature and wildlife. Here, free-range sheep roam from May to September, and with a little luck you can also see moose. From the cabin, there are paths to Høgkampen and Spåtind, and there is the option of dog sledding during winter. The surrounding lakes and rivers offer good fishing spots and there is also the possibility of horseback riding on Spåtind.

Det høyeste fjellet er Spåtind, 1414 moh. Merkede sommerstier fra hytta, oppkjørte skiløyper 7-800 meter fra hytta på vinteren. Matbutikk - avstand 11 km.
