The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building from around 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Restaurants, shops and a lovely golf course are just a few minutes' walk away. At present, our guests are required to clean the holiday apartment themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for the holiday apartment is waived and only the €45 cleaning fee for bed linen and towels is charged under 'Bed linen fee' (information under 'Additional rules').

At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.
