Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Our natural, over 100-year-old thatched roof house is located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven at sea level in the UNESCO World Heritage Site North Sea Wattenmeer near typical shrimp cutter ports. A very quiet place for rest and relaxation. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Our cosy holiday home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A net is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Dear guests, We are happy to welcome you to our beautiful Emil vacation home. We have furnished the house with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel just as comfortable here as we do. The townhouse consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, guest toilet and partially covered terrace on the first floor; two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and another bedroom in the attic.
