Cozy and family friendly apartment with brilliant sun conditions from early morning to late evening. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great location with only 10 minutes by car to Tusenfryd, 3 min. walk to shopping mall and subway/bus. Short distance to Østmarka and beaches like Hvervenbukta, Ingierstrand and more. Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Leiligheten ligger i første etasje og er en del av en tomannsbolig fra 1923. Stor hage og tomt. Siden det er en del av en tomannsbolig passer det ikke til fester eller arrangementer. Her kan man nyte morgenkaffen mens man ser ekorn hoppe fra tre til tre. Det er to minutter til nærmeste busstopp med avganger til jernbanestasjonen flere ganger i timen.
