Cute and homey well furnished 3 bedroom apartment in an older 2 family beach house. 1 min walk away from the best and least crowded part of Nantasket Beach, and a short 5 min drive from the Hull downtown. Ideal for vacationers, visitors, and families, the house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a nice and well equip kitchen with quality Samsung appliances, and a small BBQ deck overlooking a private backyard with a picnic table and stone patio. The house is literally 175 Yards from the beach :-)

The house is 20 min to Downtown Boston , it is a duplex totally separated for your own privacy. Reasonable alternative to Hotels , perfect for groups going to Convention Center. I recently added mini splits for additional cooling and heating needs , central ac .

Country Cottage in the City

This poolside cottage is a country retreat in the city. We are nestled into a small bit of woods on top of the "hill" as it is called locally. Besides the pool, there are two garden ponds where we keep decorative fish, and a regular parade of various types of birds and even wild turkeys and deer.
