Fabulous seaside location, recently refurbished first floor apartment with sea view. A stones throw from the beach and famous Cromer Pier. 2 minutes walk to shops, pubs and restaurants and cafes. Flat 1 is well equipped with 2 double bedrooms (option for a twin or double bed in bedroom no. 2), a separate shower room and toilet, kitchen/dining room with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a separate living room. Patio area with garden furniture. The perfect location for an escape to the coast.

Easy walk to the beach, Sheringham with parking.

Perfect for couples or families, child friendly. Easy walk to the beach. Great central location and lovely views, with lots of amenities shops and eateries on your doorstep, plus only a short walk to the beach. Recently refurbished, the apartment has far reaching views and offers an excellent sense of light & space. The internal proportions are superb with a very large kitchen diner with plenty of seating, a separate sitting room with two sofas a Smart TV and a selection of books and games.

On the high street, you are within minutes of the local shop, pubs, restaurants, the best fish and chips, and within sight of the sea. The apartment is in keeping with the coastal location, and is perfect for a seaside stay, with the beach, amazing walks and beauty spots close by. With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

The Property was built in 1885, we having loving restored this building and have kept many of the Original features which can be seen, we've also given it a modern up to date touch,it has a Wonderful Outdoor Space where there is a seating area. It's decorated throughout to a very high standard. It's very Central just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre. There are great Pubs less than 2 minutes away where the Food Served is Fabulous @The Black Horse. Very Close to the Golden Triangle

In the heart of Cromer this newly renovated apartment (opening 15/04/21), boasts a very high quality finish with an eye for detail. Enter this small apartment within a victorian building, typical of Cromer, via stone steps into a shared lobby. This beautiful apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Located on one of Cromer's most historic residential streets, it is comfortable and full of character. All facilities are within very easy walking distance of the apartment, which is self contained and has its own private access and enclosed garden. A short stroll through North Lodge Park, opposite the property, leads you to the East Beach and promenade where, at the foot of the Gangway, the crab boats are landed.

'Breeze'; a short stroll from the pier and beach

In the heart of Cromer, 'Breeze' is a recently renovated, first-floor apartment within a listed building. It stands on a busy, little street with independent shops and cafes, is opposite a pub garden which can be busy in good weather so there will be some noise at peak times . Breeze is only a few steps from the path down to the pier forecourt and the beach which has its own surf school . It is ideally situated for everything that Cromer and the surrounding area has to offer.
