Was perfect for coming into visit family

This has got to be one of my favorite places to stay. It is exceptionally convenient and very comfortable. Michelle is very responsive as a host. I love staying in this place and look forward to the next time, whenever that might be.

We love the Jefferson Gem! This is our second stay there, and we will definitely return. Accommodations are lovely, well furnished, clean, just as described. We were able to cook a nice family meal, have pizza delivered, drink coffee on the back porch, play family games, watch a movie, celebrate a birthday. It's a great central location, easy to get to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and our daughter's residence. Neighborhood is quiet, good place to walk, take the dog out for a stroll, look at home architecture. Amanda is a great host, very friendly, responsive, easy to work with. Upstairs apartment resident was polite and friendly as well.

Very friendly, the apartment was very clean and beautiful, provided many essentials, the host was very responsive and considerate in our stay!

We came in to see family and the place was perfect. Looking forward to staying here next time we are in town!

Loved the decor -- a bold choice that really makes the place unique. Parking was great, everything was as described, and we were close to everywhere we wanted to go in the area. Definitely would book again!

The place was very clean, comfortable, and as described. Alan and Karissa were extremely fast to respond and resolve a few small issues and questions we had.

Great place to stay, the back yard was incredible with so many things to do. The host was awesome and very responsive!

House is beautifully decorated! I came over the holidays and there was already a tree up and decorated along with several other holiday touches! This house is conveniently located to many amenities and shopping. I used to live in Bloomington and it was in the middle of everything you need! If you do plan on staying more than a weekend or long weekend, I would plan on purchasing your own cleaning supplies as the house did not include any. We stayed for 10 days and needed to purchase what we needed to keep things clean, along with garbage bags, paper towels and additional toilet paper. Cleaning supplies are a must-have, especially over the holidays. When I walked in, there were mud footprints all over the hallway carpet and I immediately sent Angela a picture to let her know and she was extremely responsive. The extra firm mattresses would be a bonus to someone who desires them. I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Had the pleaser of staying with TJ for several months at two of his locations. Awesome host. And very helpful. Would recommend this host and any location he has to offer.

My families stay at the Alice was wonderful. This was our first time as a family staying in an Air BNB. It was so nice to be together morning, noon and night not having to huddle in one persons room or the hotel lobby. The wonderful A frame window was a delight to view the fauna and flora in all its glory. It was spectacular not to have a glimpse of another person intruding on our time. Having a back gatet o walk to shopping made it even more convenient! One special touch is the guide book with the rules, amenities and quirks of the house. If that was not there you would not have been prepared for some of the unique things of the house. If I need a place in town again, I would choose this place!

Lovely old brick home in a quiet neighborhood next to a garden that I bet is beautiful in the spring and summer. We were a little too early in the season to see any flowers and plants but you can tell it will be very nice in the warmer months. The home itself was very clean! It is an older home with lots of character and very comfortable. We slept very well. The main bathroom was large and clean and there was plenty of clean towels (that are very plush) and toilet paper. Bring your own soap and shampoo. If ever I have a need to stay overnight in Bloomington-Normal I will stay here. It was ideal!

Place was exactly how described. Spacious, a lot of things to do near by. Great location, middle of everything. I will definitely be back!
