Welcome to our cozy loft cabin, built in 2021! You live secluded with a patio to the west in our wire yard. The cottage is 24 sqm+ 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is one bedroom, sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We'll put some breakfast food in the fridge, freezer and pantry, to start with. You have 250 metres to a small swimming area and a long beach promenade for jogging and evening walks with the sunset over the sea. See the GUIDEBOOK. We love Kullabygden!

Cozy, bright and newly renovated accommodation located 100 meters from the sea in the fishing village of Svanshall on the Kulla Peninsula, with lovely views of Skälderviken. Pleasant surroundings with the possibility of, for example, golf, fishing, hiking and swimming. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby, including Svanshall's tavern in the harbor. Proximity to the Kullaberg nature reserve and many cozy small villages and harbors, such as Mölle, Arild and Skäret. NOTE: TOWELS AND BED LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED, you must bring them yourself.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. We let out our charming cottage who are completely renovated summer 2014. Located in the quaint little fishing location Old Lerberget just south of Höganäs. The cottage location is 2 minutes walk to the sea and with a very nice jetty sandy beach.
