The newly renovated apartment contains a well-stocked kitchen, lovely bright living room with balcony as well as two associated bedrooms and bathroom. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the metro and has a bus stop at the door. There are 4 supermarkets within a 2-minute walk. The apartment is located in Nørrebro, which in 2021 was named the coolest neighborhood in Time Out Magazine.

One room apartment, king size bed, balcony - perfect for a couple/two people. Everything newly renovated, including bathroom and simple kitchen with dishwasher. Linens, towels etc. included, 55" TV and free wireless wifi. Located on 5th floor - you will get your daily excercise and have a bright apartment on the top of the building - notice that there is no elevator. Nice backyard. Very centrally placed so there can occassionally be a bit noise from the street. Unfortunately no air condition.

Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

The apartment is located on a quiet street called Kronborggade on the 4th floor (no elevator), but runs parallel to the very hip street Jægersborggade and from the livingroom and balcony you can enjoy the beautiful park view. No pets or parties allowed.
