Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Our cozy cabin is nestled amongst green, leafy trees at the end of a lagoon of the great Lake Douglas but Sevierville with all it’s tourist attractions is only 10 minutes down the road. Dollywood Pigeon Forge 25 minutes and Gatlinburg Ober Ski Resort 40 minutes drive. The area offers plenty of fun to make your visit an unforgettable one. And when you’re done running around you can relax by the lake (when the water is high in the summer months) or enjoy a romantic evening by the indoor fire place

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Only 5 min to Neyland Stadium & less than 2 miles to campus. Access the Knox Greenway right out the back door for a run or bike. Walk just a few hundred feet to the restaurants, market, retail, or bars. The renovated space is brand new & perfect for your visit to Knoxville with all the stocked items you’ll on need game days or occasions. Our cohost & co-owner lives downstairs & is available to cater to any needs or issues that arise

NOT 1 Hour Drive: The Coop is situated on historical property that is equidistant to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and Walland/Townsend. COMMUTE TO EACH approx. 25-30 mins. Quiet stay for couples to relax by the pool (opens spring/closes mid October) or to enjoy the fire pit. Adjustable King bed, kitchen (microwave, small oven, refrigerator, and coffee bar), and spacious bathroom with shower. Restaurants, fast food, and grocery within 15 mins. Private entrance, wifi, and parking.

What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. It has been professionally decorated with handpicked items including some nice vintage and antique finds. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the huge deck overlooking the river. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
