The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Watch the sunset from the front porch rocking chairs, or spend a cool fall evening around the firepit. Our quiet and friendly community is also a perfect place for extended work stays.

Elfwing Carriage House

Bright & comfortable studio apartment located in a quiet family neighborhood in the country, yet minutes to town. We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile River & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dog is fenced or in our home. Come enjoy neighborhood & country living at its finest!

There are three docks on property, the largest installed new in July of 2021 and two smaller to chase changing water levels. Total of six bedrooms, plus a murphy bed in the game room makes this ideal for a laid back family get-together.
